Description: Galaxy is an open-source platform for data integration and analysis in the life sciences.  In this webinar we will introduce the Galaxy Project, its supporting ecosystem and community, and showcase existing genome analysis and visualization (Dave and Mo), http://galaxy-demo.excellenceinbreeding.org/ genome-assisted breeding capabilities (Star).  We will also discuss what is required to set up a production quality Galaxy instance for bioinformatics and genomics-enabled breeding analysis.
